Optical Assistant/dispenser - Vision On Koornang (Carnegie)

Vision on Koornang is looking for their next Optical Assistant or Dispenser to join their busy practice in Carnegie.

**Hours**: Wednesday **9:00 AM
- 5:30 PM**, Friday **9:00 AM
- 6:00 PM**, and Saturday **9:00 AM
- 1:00 PM** (12 hours per week, with potential for additional hours).

**About the Role** Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Providing friendly and efficient reception services and general practice administration duties Assisting patients in selecting optical frames tailored to their wants and needs Ensuring accurate and effective ordering, receiving, and delivery of glasses and lenses Maintaining a high level of housekeeping, cleanliness, and presentation in the practice Listening, following processes, and working both independently and as part of a team Learning and adapting to new technology and information as introduced

**Skills and Experience**
- Optical knowledge and experience are highly valued
- Experience with Sunix is an advantage
- A passion for exceptional customer service and teamwork is essential
- Flexibility to work additional hours occasionally to cover team members’ holidays is desirable

Our team consists of two optometrists, a full-time dispenser, and an optical assistant.
