**Property Manager**

Be situated in the heart of Caulfield, within a qualified, supportive team environment with over 20 staff including leasing support with our leasing consultants for the front end of Property Management.

Working for a well structured and established office with a rotating Saturday with time in lieu, this is a great opportunity.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Manage your own portfolio of ~180 properties, residential homes/apartments around East/South East Suburbs (within 10km of office)
- Leasing with support of a leasing team
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
- Deal with owners, compliance and other aspects of property management

**WHATS ON OFFER**:

- Starting Salary is up to $80,000 + Super + Commissions, dependent on experience
- Phone, laptop are provided
- Flexible start/finish times and currently 1 day WFH per week
- Parking free at office

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (on a good size portfolio, ideally)
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
