**Position Overview**: As a Property Manager, you will manage a portfolio of residential properties with the utmost care and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include liaising with landlords and tenants, conducting property inspections, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, meeting the needs of landlords and tenants.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and upkeep.
- Handle tenant enquiries, lease agreements, and rental payments.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs promptly.
- Foster strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Property Manager.
- Solid knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with effective task prioritization abilities.
- Energetic, motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
