Property Manager (Caulfield North)

M&N; ACCOMMODATION' is seeking a Property Manager to join our team in Caulfield North, VIC. This full-time role is responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring exceptional customer service to our tenants and landlords. As our Property Manager, you will be a key member of our dynamic team, contributing to the overall success of our business.

**What you'll be doing**
- Effectively managing a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations
- Conducting property inspections and providing detailed reports to landlords
- Advertising and marketing vacant properties to secure recent tenants
- Negotiating and preparing tenancy agreements, lease renewals, and related documentation
- Responding to tenant inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all property-related activities
- Providing exceptional customer service to both tenants and landlords

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar property management role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of relevant residential tenancy laws and regulations
- A positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Pay: $75,000.00
- $100,000.00 per year
