Field Service Technician (Home Appliances) (Malvern)

The Labourpower Group is looking for a skilled & experienced Field Service Technician for an International Home Appliances company. The available work is working predominantly between the **Richmond / Hawthorn to Chadstone and Brighton **areas.

The available position is for a Monday
- Friday (weekday & weekend overtime available), minimum 8 hours per day. Run sheet for service jobs will be finalised the day prior, and all paperwork completion will also be inclusive of your daily tasks.

Job Role Responsibility includes (but not limited to):

- Perform service calls, repairs, refurbish and installation of major home appliances that are both in and out of warranty in customers’ homes, workshop, dealer showrooms or warehouse and other designated locations while providing an effortless customer service
- Provide technical support to internal and external stake holders via a helpline
- Electronically complete all tasks in real time and any other documents relating to service work.

To be suitable for this role you should have:

- Three to five years appliance repair and troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as schematics, diagrams and use tools and equipment for diagnosing and completing repairs.
- Must have a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
- Cert III Appliance Servicing
- Gas Licence
- Refrigeration certificate
- 134A and R600
- Electrical Disconnect / Reconnect
- highly desirable
- Updated Driving Record

The remuneration package includes **Base Salary (ranging from $75,000
- $86,000) + Superannuation + Tools of the Trade (including Vehicle) + Monthly Incentives + Overtime**
