About the role We're looking for a hands-on, brand-obsessed Creative Marketing Manager to work closely with our founder to lead and execute our long-term marketing strategy. You'll be at the intersection of creative and execution
- writing, concepting, directing, briefing, and managing end-to-end campaigns that drive growth and bring our brand to life across digital and retail. What You'll Do
- Own and execute our creative marketing strategy alongside the founder
- Oversee daily marketing operations and campaign delivery
- Create systems and processes that allow for a flywheel of consistent content and marketing at scale
- Write transparent, captivating, and persuasive copy for both brand campaigns, email marketing, and direct response advertising
- Lead influencer marketing and UGC strategy, managing relationships and content pipelines
- Manage organic social media and ensure the brand shows up in culture and in feeds
- Ideate, brief, and direct creative across design, photography, copy, and video
- Source and manage talent for email marketing and Meta/TikTok content
- Collaborate with our performance ads manager to align creative with paid strategy
- Manage our content calendar and ensure consistency and quality across channels
- Plan and execute brand activations, stunts, and industry events
- Create systems and workflows that enable consistent, high-quality content at scale
- Manage our content creators and grow a small creative team
- Own the marketing budget and report weekly to the founder
- Develop and execute retail marketing initiatives (in-store and out-of-store) Who You Are

- Must be a creative with proven experience in a creative field
