Childcare Assistant (Malvern)

As a Crèche Assistant at Bump Health and Fitness, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children in our care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the supervision and care of children in a safe and supportive setting.
- Engaging children in developmentally appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction.
- Collaborating with other team members to plan and implement age-appropriate activities and daily routines.
- Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition for children entering and leaving the Crèche.
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact warmly and professionally with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Flexibility, patience, and adaptability in responding to the needs of children and the demands of a dynamic work environment.
- A Working with Children, Police check and First Aid.
