Charcoal Grill Chef Wanted – Full-Time | Theio Theo (Greek Restaurant Malvern East) We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Chef to join our team at Theio Theo, a busy Greek restaurant located in Malvern East. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and has experience with charcoal grilling and traditional Greek cuisine, including gyros preparation. What we offer:
- Full time position
- Min 5 years experience required
- Salary: $90,000 per year
- Consistent schedule: 5 nights per week, starting from 1:00 PM (venue is closed on Mondays)
- Supportive and energetic team setting Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking food on a charcoal grill
- Managing gyros production and service
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Working efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
- Assisting with general kitchen operations and cleanliness What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar role (Greek cuisine experience highly regarded)
- Confidence working with charcoal grills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and skilled attitude
- If can speak Greek that is an advantage Job Type
