- Shoot and edit cutting‑edge long‑form video content (e.g.
- Produce content primarily on mobile (iPhone) and optimise for multiple social channels (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Identify and jump on trends and research tactics for retention against YouTube algorithm.
- Analyse and review video stats, data and analytics after posting content.
- Create large volumes of short‑form content quickly and respond to new trends.
- Assemble rough and final edits from raw footage; add music, captions, graphics and effects as needed.
- Produce content within production costing and time limitations.
- Post content on social networks.

- Create 25‑40 organic pieces of short‑form content per month.
- Expert in mobile and desktop post‑production software (Capcut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Davinci, etc.)
- Expert in shooting and producing videos on iOS.
- Build YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook channels to 50k+ followers/subscribers (plus).
- Experience in After Effects for basic animations/effects desirable.
- Unyielding thirst to create.
