Manager in Training - Melbourne (City of Stonnington)

The role will be based in Malvern for up to 6 months. Must be flexible and open to changing store locations regularly. Why this role is a game changer As a Bailey Nelson Manager in Training (MIT), you won’t just support the store, you’ll help run it. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, joy-filled customer experiences, from clinic to frame styling to final dispense. This is more than a job, it’s your pathway to running your own store. Responsibilities
- Support with store operations (including running the store 2 days a week)
- Support the Store Manager & Optometrist to drive performance
- Own the customer journey and make every interaction exceptional What’s in it for you
