Part Time Medical Receptionist (Mandurah)

Part time/Casual Medical Receptionist wanted in Mandurah location

At Enhance Physiotherapy we have 3 clinic locations, Applecross, Mandurah and Thornlie. We offer Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Remedial Massage, Pilates and a rehab gym. We are looking for a causal/part time Medical Receptionist. Must have

12 months plus years in Reception, Medical reception preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to optimize therapists’ time
- Process payments and assist with billing and insurance queries
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and other staff to ensure seamless operations
- Assist patients with forms and documentation required for treatment

**Job Types**: Part time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
