- **Pay**: Up to $72,000 + Super + Monthly Bonuses + Travel Allowance
- **Location**: West Pinjarra

**A Day in the Life**
- Leading and motivating a team of 9+ to bring their best every day
- Driving sales and customer engagement to smash performance goals
- Keeping an eye on labour costs to maximize efficiency
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure a seamless, top-notch customer experience
- Making sure all Miami standards, policies, and procedures are fully met
