Foreman / Site Supervisor (Mandurah)

Trinity Trade Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to oversee our bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovation projects.

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining quality control, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will act as the primary in office point of contact, taking ownership of site matters and ensuring smooth communication so projects run efficiently without unnecessary escalation to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Read and interpret plans
- Manage site scheduling and workflow
- Maintain quality control and company standards
- Proactively resolve on-site issues
- Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day site queries

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential renovations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades confidently
- White Card and reliable transport
- Trade qualification highly regarded
