Best&Less; has an opportunity for a Part-time Retail Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Halls Head Store. The position is for minimum 16 hours per fortnight, with Monday to Friday availability required. As an integral member of the Halls Head ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together! As a 'Bestie' Retail Team Member your role will include:
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented As a 'Bestie' Retail Team member you are recognised as someone who has:
- 1-2 years’ experience in retail & merchandising
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Desire to develop your career in retail
- A willingness to learn and develop
