Part time/Casual Medical Receptionist wanted in Mandurah location

At Enhance Physiotherapy we have 3 clinic locations, Applecross, Mandurah and Thornlie. We offer Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Remedial Massage, Pilates and a rehab gym. We are looking for a causal/part time Medical Receptionist. Must have

12 months plus years in Reception, Medical reception preferred

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to optimize therapists’ time

Process payments and assist with billing and insurance queries

Coordinate with physiotherapists and other staff to ensure seamless operations

Assist patients with forms and documentation required for treatment

Job Types: Part time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
