Embedded IT Engineer (Mandurah)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Support / Systems Engineer to join our Field Engineering team in a fully onsite role. This role focuses on delivering reliable, day to day IT support within a structured, high usage environment. You will work as part of a small onsite team, supporting end users while maintaining the stability and performance of core systems. This is a hands on, user facing role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems and working directly with people. Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support across desktops, laptops, and user devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, and network environments
- Support user access, device builds, and general IT operations
- Work collaboratively within an onsite team to manage workload and priorities
- Follow established processes and escape where required
- Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation
- Communicate clearly with non technical users
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Systems Engineering
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Apple environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID / Azure AD) and Windows 11 support and configuration
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, connectivity troubleshooting)
- Experience in onsite or user facing IT roles
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks in a busy workplace
- Experience in MSP environments
- Exposure to Intune or endpoint management platforms
