**THE ROLE**

This full-time position offers a salary of $63,000 and averages 38 hours per week. The cafe operates between 6:45 am to 5:00 pm, seven days a week, and you’ll report directly to the Store Manager. As a Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensuring daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced setting
- Driving sales goals and helping your team achieve their targets
- Overseeing staff coordination, training, and development
- Managing stock control and ordering processes

You’ll step into a leadership role as a key holder, where you’ll guide and support your team.
