Store Manager and Assistant Manager (Mandurah)

**Our roles**:

- Cafe Manager
- full-time averaging 42 hours per week

$81, 700 to $90, 050 + $800 monthly bonuses + travel allowance
- Assistant Manager
- full-time averaging 38 hours per week

$67, 900 to $73, 000 + $200 monthly bonuses + travel allowance

**Responsibilities**: As a key member of the management team, you’ll be the heart and soul of our cafe. You’ll lead a passionate team, ensuring the highest level of customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Team leadership
- coordinate, coach and train a dynamic team in a positive working environment.
- Operational oversight
- manage all aspects of cafe operations, from driving sales growth to weekly ordering and stocktaking.
- Customer engagement
- maintain a welcoming and engaging store presentation for customers.
- Quality Standards
- Deliver consistently high quality coffee, customer service and standards of cleanliness.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous hospitality management is desirable
- A passion for customer service, sales and coaching
- Ability to lead and train a team
- Capability achieving KPI's and sales targets
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid organisational skills with a calm disposition
