Medical Receptionist (Lakelands)

WE KEEP GETTING BUSIER SO WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR ANOTHER MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST !

We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, dedicated and experienced medical receptionists.Previous reception experience is an advantage but not required.Experience with Best Practice software will be an advantage but not required.We are looking for reception staff to work as part of a close knit team in a supportive and professional team setting. Shifts will include days, evenings, weekends and some public holidays. It is essential that you will also have the flexibility to cover during periods of annual leave and sick leave.Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Customer service
- Opening or closing of the clinic
- Answering calls
- Meet and greet of all patients and ensuring the relevant paperwork is completed
- Scanning, faxing and maintenance of patient files
- Private billing of patients

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $16.50
- $28.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
