- $39 per hour Job Description We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Restock bar supplies, glassware, and garnishes
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with RSA regulations
- Handle customer payments and process transactions accurately when required.
- Work closely with floor staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards Skills & Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Valid RSA certificate required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Valuable knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits
- Ability to work during day time, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
