Whitcroft IT are currently seeking a level 1 IT Support Technician to expand our workforce.

Whitcroft IT was established in 2009, we are a quality and trusted computer repair and service provider for small to medium business in Western Australia, including retail front for students and home users.

Whitcroft IT are authorized resellers for Apple, Cisco Meraki, Hewlett Packard enterprise and Microsoft Surface.

IT Support Technician Level 1_

Role:

Create job tickets with relevant information

Answer incoming calls

Installation of recent hardware
- in store / onsite

Basic windows installation

Client data backup

Windows / Mac servicing

On the Job Training:

Microsoft cloud service

Ubiquiti networks

IP Based Voice systems

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Self-motivated

Ability to work in a team setting

Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Mac O/S

Basic networking

Software and hardware diagnosis

Maintain a clean work workplace

Retail sales skills (preferred)

Police clearance

Driver's license

Tool for trade:

If you are required to attend sites you will have access to a Tesla Model 3 LR (if unavailable you will be paid kilometre)

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Casual

Pay: $22.00
- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12
- 38 per week
