Control Systems Engineer (Mandurah)

Control Systems Engineer – WA Mining Operations Support our WA Mining Operations at Huntly and Willowdale by designing, implementing and continuously improving electrical and control systems across fixed plant infrastructure. This Monday‑to‑Friday roster offers one leisure day off per four‑week period. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance through system design, audits and equipment integrity inspections.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying optimisation, cost reduction and waste minimisation opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise in the design, implementation and commissioning of control systems.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors and external consultants.
- Support project delivery to meet safety, schedule, cost and quality outcomes.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to tradespeople and engineering teams. What We Offer

- Tertiary qualification in Electrical, Control Systems or related Engineering discipline.
- Demonstrated experience designing and supporting control systems within heavy industry, mining or process environments.
- Solid knowledge of PLC, SCADA and industrial control systems.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and enhance asset reliability.
- Ability to manage priorities, support projects and deliver practical engineering solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across multidisciplinary teams.
