Trainee Trainer / Assessor (Mandurah)

Mandurah Safety & Training Services Pty Ltd (MSTS) is a National RTO, operating out of various locations in Western Australia.

We currently have an chance for a Trainee Trainer/Assessor to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and has an eager attitude to learning new skills, and able to pass their experiences onto new trainees in the industry.

Advantageous to have:

- Certificate IV Training & Assessing TAE40116 (or working towards).
- Completed training in
- SWH, CSE, GTA, FIRE, CPR/LVR.

**MUST have**:

- Experience in the mining and/or construction industries.
- Valid manual Drivers Licence
- HRWL, classes LF, WP, DG, RB

MSTS will provide training and guidance for you to deliver MSTS courses.

Once trained, your responsibilities would include facilitating a wide range of high-quality training sessions delivering nationally recognised courses.

You will be required to work in Mandurah and Port Hedland (50% of the work being based in Port Hedland) after training complete.

You will also be required to train on mines sites throughout WA when required.

Remuneration starts at $100 K, then progressing through to $130-150K when fully qualified and a competent WorkSafe Assessor (range is dependent on the level of HRWL assessing). This will be discussed during the interview stage.
