Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times Restock bar supplies, glassware, and garnishes Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with RSA regulations Handle customer payments and process transactions accurately when required. Work closely with floor staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Skills & Requirements Previous bartending experience preferred Valid RSA certificate required Robust communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment Valuable knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits Ability to work during day time, evenings, weekends, and public holidays Team player with strong organisational skills
