Your Role We are seeking a Construction HSEQ Labourer to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our success. This position will support our Site Management teams to maintain safe, clean, and compliant construction sites while carrying out general labouring duties. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with construction labouring experience who is passionate about workplace safety and looking to build a long-term career in Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ). Key Responsibilities
- General construction labouring and site support
- Assist with maintaining HSEQ standards on site
- Conduct housekeeping and hazard identification
- Support site safety inspections and toolbox meetings
- Report incidents, hazards, and unsafe work practices
- Ensure compliance with WHS and company procedures About You
- Cert 4 Work Health Safety
- Previous HSEQ or safety-related experience
- White Card (essential)
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Previous construction labouring experience
- Understanding of workplace safety practices
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
