Cafe Store Manager Mandurah

Miami Bakehouse is seeking a Store Manager in Falcon. This is a pivotal role in the business, located in the Falcon Grove Shopping Centre, just 10 minutes from central Mandurah. Trading between 6am and 4:30pm, the Falcon Cafe is a must stop for local customers as well as travellers and tourists along this route.

This is a full-time role offering up to $77, 400 + $800/month in bonuses

As the Store Manager, you will be the heart and soul of our cafe. You’ll lead a passionate team, ensuring the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities include:

Team leadership
- coordinate, coach and train a dynamic team in a positive working environment.

Operational oversight
- manage all aspects of cafe operations, from driving sales growth to weekly ordering and stocktaking.

Customer engagement
- maintain a welcoming and engaging store presentation for customers.

Quality Standards
- Deliver consistently high-quality coffee, customer service and standards of cleanliness.

Previous hospitality management

A passion for customer service, sales and coaching

Ability to lead and train a team

Capability achieving KPI's and sales targets

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
