Cafe Store Manager Mandurah

Miami Bakehouse is seeking a Store Manager to lead the charge in Mandurah. In this pivotal role you will demonstrate hands-on leadership in a agile, customer-focused, fast paced environment, working side by side with your team. This is a full time role, approximately 42 hours per week, worked across 5 days with one weekend day off each week.

Salary Range $77,000
- $82,000 + Super + $800/month in bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve designated key performance targets

Oversee all aspects of cafe operations: sales: labour cost; wastage; ordering

Train, develop and manage your team (10+)

Ensure exceptional customer service for every customer

Ensuring all company policies, standards, and procedures are met consistently

Management experience in a similar fast paced setting is essential

An inspiring leader who can coach, support, and develop their team

Goal-oriented Manager with a strong drive to hit targets and achieve results

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
