Construction Manager (Pinjarra)

Our Client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for various contracts. This site-based role offers a long term contract with potential for ongoing works beyond completion. About the Role Construction Manager, leading the protected execution of a high-value construction packages for this established mining company. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day construction activities, from commencement to commissioning & handover
- Manage HSE, cost, schedule, and quality across all execution packages
- Oversee inspections, compliance testing, and quality assurance
- Ensure contractor alignment with site safety & environmental objectives
- Drive budget & schedule performance while maintaining best practice standards
- Approve contractor construction methodologies and ensure resource adequacy
- Communicate Alcoa requirements to all project stakeholders Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Construction or Project Management (Preferred) OR Civil Trade Background
- BSBWHS414 & BSBWHS411 Certifications (Preferred)
- 15+ years in construction & 5+ years in a management role
- BSBWHS414 & BSBWHS411 Certifications (Preferred)
- 10+ years in construction & 5+ years in a management role
- Experience in EPC, EPMC, D&C;, TK contracts (Client-side preferred)
- Extensive expertise in construction & quality control Skills & Attributes
- Strong leadership & team management capabilities
- Excellent problem resolution & conflict management skills
- Expertise in budget & cost management
- Knowledge of current construction & mining industry legislation
