Administrator-****** UGL are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team supporting a maintenance project. This will be a permanent position, commencing ASAP. You will be working a DIDO 5/2 roster on site in Wagerup. Key Responsibilities
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Assisting Site and Project Managers in all administration duties
- Assist with Project Team with administrative requirements
- Provide general site administration
- Compile, review and proactively follow up on daily timesheet data, with a robust focus on cost tracking and ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Previous experience with Payroll is mandatory About you
- 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience using systems such as Enable, MyPass, Workflow etc.
