About the Role Our Concierge Team are pivotal members of our organisation. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the Concierge will host any visitors and ensure they have a pleasant and professional visit. This role supports client and team requests during onsite meetings, managing room bookings using various systems including Outlook and Zoom, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and managing the look, feel and presentation of the front of house environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to all office visitors, welcoming clients and signing‑in contractors or maintenance personnel.
- Prepare meeting rooms and common areas before client arrival and clean them appropriately after use, handling IT or hospitality set‑up as needed.
- Prepare client hospitality options, such as tea, coffee and food, as required.
- Receive and distribute office mail and deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain fulfilment of office stationery and cleaning products for regional offices.
- Support Client Service Managers and Advisors to assist in meeting client needs.
- Perform office administration tasks including booking client meetings, data entry, photocopying, scanning and preparing documents for client meetings.
- Support the development and organisation of office procedures, processes and systems.
- Act as a Fire Warden, attending appropriate training and being prepared at all times for an incident.
- Act as the primary contact for office maintenance and upkeep with building management.
- Ad‑hoc duties as directed by the direct manager. Working at Viridian In 2022, the firm achieved B Corp status and in 2025 was recertified, increasing the score to 151. - 2 years’ minimum experience working in a concierge role or similar.
- A welcoming and cheerful disposition.
- Fantastic interpersonal skills.
- A professional phone manner.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Prior receptionist or office assistant experience will be highly regarded.
- Experience or willingness to learn basic troubleshooting for monitors, laptops, screens and meeting devices.
