About this position Zarebis Consulting has been engaged by our client, Stronger Families Foundation, to identify an experienced Operations Manager reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. In this role you will work closely with the CEO to support new business objectives and the organisation’s 5‑year strategy, acting as a trusted partner, strategic executive leader and key driver of organisational excellence. Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coordination and oversight across critical business functions including Human Resources and Talent Management, IT systems and infrastructure, Finance coordination, Compliance and Governance, Quality Management, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Program Support, and Office and Administrative Operations.
- Operate a hands‑on role in operational management, ensuring business systems, processes and people are aligned to deliver safe, effective, and sustainable services to the communities served.
- Act as a key advisor and right‑hand to the CEO, influencing strategic decisions and driving operational excellence. Hours of Work This role requires flexibility to meet client and organisational needs.
- Schedule: 5 days per week, 32–38 hours per week.
- Hours: Versatile start and finish between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm (Mon‑Fri).
- Work Pattern: Hybrid arrangement (details to be agreed at interview and prior to employment).
