Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Shop in daily restaurant operations

Help with opening and closing the shop with high attention to detail and consistency

Help implement, maintain, and improve procedures and systems

Train, supervise, and support front and back-of-house staff with the help of the manager

Cook burgers, prep meats and ingredients to standard

Manage stock levels, conduct stock takes, and coordinate orders

Serve customers with energy, accuracy, and a excellent attitude

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation

Contribute to a rapid-paced and positive team culture

Requirements:

Full availability from Wednesday to Sunday

Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a quick-service or quick-casual setting

Confident in cooking, food prep, and front-of-house service

Strong desire for leadership, communication, and time management

RSA Certificate
- either have or willing to get

Trained skills

Able to follow procedures and contribute to building productive systems

Reliable, energetic, and able to thrive under pressure

A strong eye for detail when opening and closing the store
