**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Shop in daily restaurant operations
- Help with opening and closing the shop with high attention to detail and consistency
- Help implement, maintain, and improve procedures and systems
- Train, supervise, and support front and back-of-house staff with the help of the manager
- Cook burgers, prep meats and ingredients to standard
- Manage stock levels, conduct stock takes, and coordinate orders
- Serve customers with energy, accuracy, and a great attitude
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
- Contribute to a fast-paced and positive team culture

**Requirements**:

- **Available to work 15
- 20 hours a week on a rotating weekly roster, including weekends**:

- Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a quick-service or fast-casual setting
- Confident in cooking, food prep, and front-of-house service
- Strong desire for leadership, communication, and time management
- RSA Certificate
- either have or are willing to get
