- Essential: 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Lead a dynamic kitchen team alongside our Head Chef and collaborate with Front-of-house
- Ensure efficient operations, maintaining quality in a fast-paced service environment
- Uphold kitchen health and safety regulations and food preparation guidelines
- Attain industry-standard food and staff percentage targets
- Foster professional communication and service among co-workers
