Cook & Barista (Metricup)

Cook & Barista At The Margaret River Chocolate Company, we are looking for a skilled Cook & Barista to work on a full time basis (at least 38 hours per week). Cook Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepare, cook and present dishes according to our standards
· Ensure smooth operations & high-quality output
· Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
· Assist in training junior staff
· Monitor ingredients level, manage orders and minimise food waste
· Work closely with other kitchen sections and FOH Supervisors Requirements
· Relevant qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification
· The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience
· A can-do attitude and ability of working independently. Position: Full Time Salary: $65,000
- $75,000 Location: 415 Harmans Mill Rd, Metricup WA 6280 Barista Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies and hot chocolates
- Preparing and serving deserts in our Cafe
- Taking food and beverage orders from customers and delivering them in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintaining a clean and well-stocked Café and dining area
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Following all health, safety and hygiene protocols Requirements
- Relevant qualification or 1 year of experience in lieu with the qualification
- The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience
