Lead a dynamic kitchen team alongside our Head Chef and collaborate with Front-of-house Ensure efficient operations, maintaining quality in a rapid-paced service environment Uphold kitchen health and safety regulations and food preparation guidelines Attain industry-standard food and staff percentage targets Foster professional communication and service among co-workers Develop and maintain menu in-line with brand hospitality ethos
