About the Role We are looking for an experienced Chef or Cook to join our well-established Italian restaurant in Margaret River. This role is ideal for someone passionate about authentic Italian cuisine and traditional cooking methods. You will work in a professional and fast-paced kitchen focused on quality, consistency, and honest food, just real Italian cooking done properly. The position is full-time with evening service only, offering stable hours and the prospect to become part of a long-term and supportive team setting. Duties & Responsibilities
• Preparing and cooking authentic Italian dishes
• Working with a wood-fired oven and charcoal grill
• Managing food preparation and service efficiently
• Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
• Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Chef or Cook
• Strong knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine
• Experience working with wood fire or charcoal cooking preferred
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, organised, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
