People, Partnerships & Quality | Western Suburbs SA We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging content across digital and print. You’ll support the delivery of marketing and communications across a large and diverse organisation. In this hands‑on role, you’ll design and produce a wide range of creative assets across digital and print channels, including campaigns, publications, collateral and signage that support aged‑care, housing and community services. You’ll work closely within internal teams, taking briefs and turning them into clear and engaging design. You’ll also help with photography and video, capturing content and working with external suppliers when needed. You’re organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle a few projects at once. You can take a brief, ask the right questions and deliver work that’s on brand. Most importantly, you understand that the work you create helps people access services and support when they need it. You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative and high‑performing Marketing, Communications and Partnerships team that is committed to using their skills to make a real difference. Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high quality visual content across digital and print, from concept through to finished artwork
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand briefs, develop concepts and refine work through to final approval
- Create visual content for digital channels, including graphics, basic photography and short‑form video, supporting team members where needed
- Maintain and organise visual asset libraries, ensuring content is current and accessible
- Coordinate external suppliers, including printers, photographers and videographers
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all design work
- Ensure visual content meets accessibility standards Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a graphic design role, with a strong portfolio across digital and print
- High level of competency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into effective visual designs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work to deadlines
- Experience working with stakeholders and managing feedback through the design process
- Basic photography and videography skills, including shooting and editing content for digital channels
- Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to apply them consistently
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
