As the Holiday Letting Manager, you will oversee the operations, quality, perforance mand growth of your office’s holiday rental portfolio. This multifaceted role blends guest experience management, property standards oversight and business development. You will maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensure every home meets premium presentation standards, and deliver a seamless, memorable experience for every guest. You will act as the key liaison between guests, owners and the operations team—inspecting and quality-checking properties, resolving issues promptly, and upholding the high standards of the Belle Property Escapes brand. As a local ambassador for Belle Property Escapes, you will also engage with community organisations, tourism bodies and local businesses to grow brand awareness and unlock long-term opportunities. What You’ll Do Guest & Quality Experience Oversight
- Lead the guest journey from enquiry to departure, ensuring a high-standard, seamless experience.
- Conduct pre-arrival property inspections for cleanliness, amenities, safety and guest-readiness.
- Ensure welcome letters, guest manuals and essential items are stocked and presented to standard.
- Communicate with guests pre- and post-arrival, providing support and resolving in-stay issues.
- Assist with guest check-ins and property access when required. Team & Operational Leadership
- Lead, mentor and support teams across guest services, housekeeping, operations and property care.
- Collaborate closely with operations and housekeeping teams to deliver premium service at every touchpoint. Portfolio Growth & Client Relationships
- Source new holiday rental properties and nurture existing owner relationships.
- Work with property owners to support optimal presentation, performance and long-term success.
- Manage client communication to ensure transparency, trust and strong working relationships. Business Strategy, Marketing & Performance Management
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to grow the Escapes portfolio and strengthen brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure financial performance, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences and drive portfolio profitability. Community & Partnership Engagement
- Build strategic partnerships with local businesses, tourism operators and community groups.
- Act as a brand ambassador to enhance Belle Property Escapes’ presence in the local market. What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, property management or similar industries
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for high-quality property presentation
- Warm, confident communicator with a guest-first mindset
- Proactive problem-solver with strong operational and organisational skills
- Ability to lead, inspire and collaborate with diverse teams
- Comfortable using digital checklists, apps and property management systems (Resly experience a bonus)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
