We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our busy office team in Maroochydore. This is initially a casual position with a six month probationary period, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full time role for the right person. We are looking for someone seeking stable, long term employment who can thrive in a rapid paced environment and confidently manage multiple tasks at once. Key Responsibilities
- Preparing customer quotes
- Customer correspondence and phone enquiries
- Coordinating hire bookings and scheduling
- Supporting our dispatch and movements team
- Creating invoices and processing customer payments
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Following up leads and customer enquiries
- Assisting the office team with daily administration duties Requirements
- Previous experience in a busy administration role
- Minimum of 1-2 years administration experience required
- Competent in MYOB and Xero
- Expert level proficiency in MYOB and Xero is required
- Strong computer and competent data entry skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work within a fast turnaround environment
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills, with the ability to confidently manage forward bookings and changing schedules
- Professional and confident customer service skills
- Ability to build strong rapport with customers
- Reliable, punctual and dependable
- Ability to work well within a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with all staff
- Strong communication skills and a positive work ethic
- Australian work rights are essential for this position Experience with ServiceM8 or similar scheduling software will be highly regarded.
