**About The Role**

Sunshine Coast Radiology is seeking a full time Medical Receptionist who values teamwork with a high regard for quality patient care to be a valued member of our team, working across our **Maroochydore and Buderim** practices that offers X-ray, CT, MRI, Interventional, Mammography and Ultrasound Medical Imaging services.
- As the first point of contact for our patients, your key responsibilities are:_
- First impression of the practice as you meet and greet patients at the front desk
- Cash handling and patient account processing to include Medicare and Health funds
- Liaise with referrers, doctors, patients for delivery of patient medical results

**About You**
- Experience in a front desk environment; ideally in Medical, Health or Radiology (x-ray) practice
- Excellent presentation, a high level of communication and patient care skills
- a positive attitude is a must!
- A can-do attitude that builds rapport with patients, staff and Doctors easily
- Excellent administration, computer skills and data entry
- previous experience with booking programs
- Integrity, respect and professionalism
- Medicare knowledge and medical billing would be advantageous
