Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a fresh chance with better work-life balance, genuine support, and a professional yet down-to-earth team culture?

We’re seeking a confident, organised, and motivated Property Manager to take ownership of a tidy, well-maintained residential portfolio of approx. 150 properties. This is a Monday to Friday role , with no weekend work , no BDM responsibilities , and one day WFH each fortnight .

Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of property management, including routines, lease renewals, arrears, maintenance and vacates

Build and maintain solid relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors

Maintain a high standard of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail

Contribute to a supportive and energetic office culture

What You’ll Bring: A current QLD Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)

Previous experience in end-to-end residential property management

A valid Driver’s Licence

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with PropertyMe is a bonus but not essential
