Competitive salary with career development opportunities About the Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our valued customers and our expert service team. Your role is to provide a seamless, high-quality service experience, ensuring every customer receives the premium care and attention they expect from a trusted brand. Key Responsibilities ?? Greet and assist customers, understanding their service needs ?? Provide expert customer support on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance ?? Coordinate service bookings and ensure efficient workflow ?? Maintain explicit and professional communication with customers throughout the service process ?? Collaborate with technicians and the wider team to deliver exceptional service What We’re Looking For ? Previous experience as a Service Advisor ( brand experience highly regarded) ? Strong customer service and communication skills ? Passion for the Isuzu brand and the automotive industry ? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ? A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail Applicants must have;
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with diverse customer inquiries.
