About the Role

The Master Stylist is responsible for delivering advanced hairdressing services to clients, specialising in cutting, colouring, styling, and hair treatments. The role focuses on providing high-level technical expertise, exceptional client service, and contributing to the overall client experience within the salon.

Key Responsibilities Provide a full range of professional hairdressing services including precision cutting, colouring, styling, and advanced treatments Conduct client consultations to assess hair condition, discuss desired outcomes, and recommend appropriate services and products Build and maintain robust client relationships through exceptional service and communication. Maintain a positive, professional, and motivated salon culture Comply with all workplace health and safety laws, regulations, and salon procedures

About You Relevant Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or Certificate IV. Alternatively, at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications Minimum 3 years’ relevant industry experience as a qualified hairdresser. Demonstrated technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling. Robust client service and communication skills.
