As the exclusive Queensland distributor for Bosch Motorsport , we work with global leaders in performance. Our team provide services for engineering, manufacturing, and technical support, all operating from our Caloundra HQ, where precision meets passion. We’re a small, fast-moving team with a solid work ethic, good coffee, and a no-drama culture. The Role: Operations & Executive Assistant This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, structure, and making a real impact. You’ll serve as the Managing Director’s right hand — owning both day-to-day operations and strategic improvement projects , including Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and ISO standard adoption . If you’re sharp, upbeat, and great at getting things done without needing constant direction, you’ll thrive here. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to streamline workflows and increase transparency of billable work
- Oversee the rollout of ISO9001:2015 and other ISO standards, including documentation, compliance processes, and audit preparation
- Identify inefficiencies and implement systems to improve operational performance
- Serve as a reliable support function across departments, fostering cohesion in a fast-paced team What You Bring
- Experience in operations, administration, or EA roles where you've owned complex tasks
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office ; experience with Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP/CRM) is highly valued
- Proven involvement with ISO9001 (and ideally other ISO standards), either through implementation, maintenance, or compliance
- High degree of autonomy and initiative — you get things done and make informed decisions independently
