Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a fresh opportunity with better work-life balance, genuine support, and a professional yet down-to-earth team culture? We’re seeking a confident, organised, and motivated Property Manager to take ownership of a tidy, well-maintained residential portfolio of approx. 150 properties. This is a Monday to Friday role , with no weekend work , no BDM responsibilities , and one day WFH each fortnight . What’s on Offer:

- Location : Based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property management, including routines, lease renewals, arrears, maintenance and vacates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Maintain a high standard of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Contribute to a supportive and energetic office culture What You’ll Bring:
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)
- Previous experience in end-to-end residential property management
- A valid Driver’s Licence
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
