About the Opportunity IFYS has an exciting opportunity for a Practice Hub Administrator to join the Practice Hub team in Maroochydore. As the Practice Hub Administrator, you will provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the IFYS Practice Hub and ensure the effective operation of Sanctuary related activities for Sanctuary Model certification. - Coordinate Sanctuary Core Team and Champions meetings, calendars, bookings, and attendance records
- Facilitate Sanctuary meetings through agenda preparation, minute‑taking, document distribution, and action‑item follow‑up
- Collect and maintain Sanctuary evidence to support certification requirements
- Maintain current Sanctuary training information and ensure the training calendar remains accurate
- Provide accurate administrative support, including invoicing, document preparation, travel and event coordination, database maintenance, and archiving
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of monthly Sanctuary certification progress reports
- Consistently uphold professional standards aligned with IFYS values and Sanctuary commitments Success Factors
- Direct or transferable administration skills with a keen interest in not‑for‑profit and community services
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of confidentiality, integrity and awareness of sensitive information
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills Requirements
- Valid Queensland Driver’s Licence with no restrictions, and own reliable transport
- Queensland Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)
- Licensed Care Service Suitability Check (LCS2)
- Ability to provide two references from recent employers (including current line manager)
