Business Intelligence Analyst (Sunshine Coast)

You’ll love this role if you’re a curious, data-driven problem solver who enjoys turning raw data into meaningful insights and want to make a real impact across a growing business. This is a permanent opportunity for someone who already has SQL and data visualisation capability and is ready to step into an end-to-end analytics role. This role is hands on, practical and designed for someone who wants ownership and real business impact. From day one, you’ll be learning how data flows across the business, building relationships with stakeholders and developing reporting solutions that influence decision making, working closely with Operations leaders, EGMs and the wider Strategic Enablement team in a fast paced, collaborative environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing end-to-end reporting solutions, from gathering requirements through to delivering insights
- Extracting, transforming and validating data (SQL/dbt) to create reliable, fit-for-purpose datasets
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports Translating data into clear, actionable insights to support business performance and decision making
- Collaborating with stakeholders and supporting team members to continuously improve analytics outputs What Great Looks Like
- A genuine interest in data and curiosity to learn how it can drive business decisions
- SQL capability with experience working across complex datasets
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar) and an eye for great dashboard design
- Experience with Data, IT, Mathematics or a related field (preferred)
- A collaborative, proactive working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Curious mindset with strong attention to detail and a desire to learn, improve and take ownership What You’ll Get
