**About Soka**

Soka is a trendy and Japanese restaurant with charcoal inspiration and it’s owned by the group, who manages some of Brisbane/ Sunshine Coast's best reviewed contemporary restaurants including Lyra Greek on the Sunshine Coast.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Serve drinks efficiently across multiple bars, including beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high presentation standards in all drinks
- Manage bar setup, stock rotation, restocking, and closing procedures
- Work closely with team to ensure smooth, high-quality service

**Who we are looking for**:

- At least 1-3 month experience as bartender
