If you’re made for moments like these, we’d love to meet you. Role Overview As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager to lead your team with warmth, energy and intention. Whether you’re coaching in the moment, creating standout visual displays or bringing the brand to life through genuine customer connection
- you’ll help shape a store experience that stays with people long after they leave. What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day operations with purpose, care and attention to detail
- Deliver heartfelt, customer-first experiences that reflect who we are
- Bring out the best in your team through coaching, mentoring and feedback
- Support store performance across sales, service and presentation
- Champion our values and foster a culture of warmth, fun and collaboration
- Ensure a secure, welcoming space for both customers and team members
